This year's fall mini sessions will be held in Busch Wildlife on November 2nd and November 16th at two unique locations. Each session will be 20 minutes long.

BOOKING
Once you select your date through the links provided, you’ll complete your booking directly through HoneyBook. A $200 non-refundable payment is due at the time of booking and secures your session on my calendar. You will receive a separate contract from HoneyBook once your date has been reserved. Your date is officially confirmed once your contract and payment are submitted through HoneyBook.

Each mini session includes 20 minutes of shooting time and a curated online gallery featuring 20 high-resolution images. You’ll also have the option to upgrade and receive the full gallery for an additional cost.
Where will the mini sessions be held?
There are two Busch Wildlife mini session dates for 2025.
November 2nd minis will be on a grass lined trail.
November 16th minis will be on the Pine Trail.
When will I receive my photos?
Galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks after your session. I always aim to get them to you as quickly as possible while ensuring each image is beautifully edited.
What if I'm running late to my mini session?
Mini sessions are scheduled in short time blocks back to back, so unfortunately, arriving late will shorten your shooting time. I recommend planning to arrive about 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth start. If you’re running behind, please send a quick text to let me know! Once you arrive, we’ll make the most of the remaining time we have in your time slot. If you are unable to make it, I will do my best to accomodate/reschedule your session, but a rescheduling fee may apply.
How many photos will I receive?
Your gallery will include around 50 images to preview and choose from, and your package includes 20 edited high-resolution images. You’ll have the option to upgrade to the full gallery or purchase extra favorites individually.
What if it rains or someone is sick?
If the weather doesn't cooperate, sessions will be rescheduled to the designated rain date (or another available date if needed).
If you are sick, you will have the availability to reschedule for the following season, or gift your session to a friend.
Can I bring extended family or grandparents?
Mini sessions are designed for immediate family only (parents and kids). If you’d like to include extended family, I recommend booking a full session so we have plenty of time.
What if I am unable to make my mini session?
I completely understand that things come up! Since mini sessions have limited availability, once you book, your time slot is locked in and non-refundable. You’re welcome to gift or sell your spot to a family member or friend, or choose to reschedule for next year’s minis.
Can we bring pets?
Yes! Pets are welcome to join your session. Please keep in mind that mini sessions are only 20 minutes, and sometimes pets can be a distraction or take up extra time, which may limit the variety of shots we’re able to capture.
